The Brief
Blue Panda Realty is a boutique-style real estate brokerage that caters to a growing demographic of progressive Ottawans who value unparalleled client service, distinctive design, and technology.
Unlike larger corporate brokerages, they are not restricted to drawing inside the lines and like to think outside the box. Our commitment to a modern, hands-on approach allows us to customize and personalize our clients’ needs.
Blue Panda first approached me to because they needed a real estate website, increase their visibility online, attract new customers and position themselves as an authority within the Ottawa real estate community. They wanted to provide their clients a listing website that was easy to use and also easy to update themselves.
My Approach
Since Blue Panda already had a designer on staff, together we worked on a stunning design with great usability. We performed our discovery process to learn more about the what other real estate companies had to stand out from the crowd.
Blue Panda also needed something easy to use so their staff could update their site at anytime, so I set them up with a page builder and gave them training.
Blue Panda wanted to have all their agents to have their own site so I also created a template site for all their agents to use on their own website. This mixed in with WordPress training, their company was all setup to expand.
The Result
Since the launch of the new website, Blue Panda has successfully generated multiple leads from the Ottawa area.
I am actively working with the Blue Panda team on their continued growth strategy to establish their brand in the marketplace, reach their ideal customers and grow their company.
