This doesn’t mean the other leads are “dead” but rather you keep them in a list and reach out to these leads in the future. It’s been proven that even though these leads didn’t convert on the first interaction, they could sign up for your services up to 2 years later.

My successful system starts with paid advertising such as Facebook and Google ads. I target your ideal clients who are looking to sell their home.
Lead Magnet
Once the leads clicks on my ads, it will redirect them to an interesting lead magnet where they are enticed to leave their information to access this lead magnet.
Lead Delivered
From the lead magnet in the last step, the lead will indicate that they want to speak with your team and you will receive an email with this new potential client. From this point the lead is in your hands to follow up and close the lead.
