Key Responsibilities:

Manage Demand Generation Campaigns

From creative brainstorming, to implementation and testing, this role owns the demand generation function. Responsible for paid and organic growth strategy: social media, paid ads, sponsorships, community, events. Study your customers to find new opportunities to reach our target market, and use the data to help make decisions and optimize.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and Metrics Reporting:

Data-driven decisions are a big part of our marketing and growth strategy. I have extensive experience working with data, finding metrics for campaigns, calculating conversion rates, and learning from those findings.

Marketing Automation

Experienced using any marketing automation platform, integrated with a sales CRM system. Use tracking UTMs and Google Tag Manager to measure the customer journey, and create email marketing and nurture flows to give the right information to the right people, at the right time. Experienced with marketing technology, including all the usual suspects: HubSpot (CRM & Marketing Automation), Salesforce, Web Design, and Blogging (WordPress and Shopify), Social Media and Scheduling tools (Later and Canva), SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs).

Content Creation

Based on what is heard from your users, and data and analytics, I can help to identify content opportunities, craft and optimize compelling nurture emails, blog posts, and videos – anything and everything to give our leads and customers the best experience.

Writing & Communication

A big part of this role is being a strong communicator – most especially in writing nurture emails and crafting written content, but also in putting together landing pages, creatives, and other assets to help with the buying journey of your customers.

Learning & Development

Staying fresh is critical! Spend time researching your market, customers, and competitors to identify opportunities, strengths and weaknesses to inform our digital marketing strategy.
